Capt. Lemmon with a Lagoon Tarpon

Capt. Nathaniel Lemmon with a Mosquito Lagoon Red

Standard Charter Rates:

Half Day (4 hours) -- $350

Three-Quarter Day (6 hours) -- $400

Full Day (8 hours) -- $450

Flats boat charters are for 1-2 people. Occasionally a third person can be added (depending on body weights) for an additional $100 charge.

Please call about single angler discount.

Charters run on the flats boat will typically be on protected inshore backwaters like Mosquito Lagoon, Indian River Lagoon, or around the Ponce Inlet area typically fishing for redfish, speckled trout, tarpon and snook, shark, and other miscellaneous species.

Do you have a larger group of 4 or more people or a corporate charter? No problem, Capt. Lemmon can arrange other Mosquito Lagoon charter guides (that he places trust in) to help accomodate the group. You don't need to do any extra work, he will make all the arrangements and secure their service.

Specialty Charter Rates:

Pigfish/Croaker Live Bait Charters (5 hours) -- $375

Only offered during the May-October time frame. This is a live bait charter only and catching is guaranteed. We will be using live croakers or live pigfish that I catch, trap, and/or buy for you ahead of time. Typically these charters put numerous trout and redfish in the boat. On an average trip with these baits we will catch 5-10 redfish, 10-25 trout, and 1-2 flounder.

Instructional Fishing Charter (6 hours) -- $500

Want to learn the advanced how to's? These charters are for experienced and skilled anglers. No live bait, lures only. Learn how to read the water and where/how to find where fish hide. Learn strategies for choosing lures, technique for casting and presenting lures. Learn knot, line and terminal tackle tips. While the goal is ultimately to catch fish, the focus of these charters is placed on learning...learning how to break down water and fish like a pro. Make no mistake, this is hard core fishing. When booking this type of charter, please indicate the preferred target species for the day (redfish, trout, tarpon, snook)

What to bring:

Charters are practically all-inclusive with Capt. Lemmon. You should plan to bring, however, any food or drink you would like for the day, wear clothing that compliments the weather, bring a hat, wear non-marking soled shoes and your favorite set of polarized sunglasses...optimal lens colors are amber, yellow, or green. You're more than welcome to bring your digital camera and or video camera to capture memories.

What's provided at no extra cost:

Capt. Nathaniel is a professional angler who averages nearly 250 days per year on the water. This means you get a dedicated, full-time, fishing guide who invests nearly every day on the Mosquito Lagoon, Indian River, and areas around Ponce Inlet to learn, pattern, and study fish, ensuring you have a first-class fishing experience. He also delivers a personal customer satisfaction guarantee.

Your Captain specializes in light tackle fishing and fly fishing. He uses and provides top-of-the-line spinning gear (Penn Reels / TFO and Abu Garcia Rods) and fly equipment (Temple Fork Outfitters), in addition to a premium selection of artificial lures (DOA, Mirrolure, Strike King, and Berkley) and personally hand tied saltwater flies to fool even the shyest of gamefish. If so inclined, anglers may bring their own gear.

An iced cooler with bottled water and beverages are provided, as well as a digital camera to capture all your memories. Photographs will be emailed to clients at completion of charter.

Fishing licenses are not necessary, as clients are covered under the Captain's vessel fishing license.
